This property has been completely reburbished for 2020, to include a new kitchen and bath/shower rooms and soft furnishings. The cottage boasts a sitting / dining room / kitchen, with ingleknook fireplace/woodburner, beams and wooden floors and a downstairs toilet.
The first floor has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom with zip and link beds ( can be made up as a twin on request) with new ensuite shower room. It has a private patio and use of a shared lawn, games room, fishing lake and glorious walks over our farm. Little Coombe boasts a new private Hot Tub and decking for July 2020.

This character cottage is a very popular holiday destination throughout the year with guests returning regularly, especially in the winter.

With views over the garden and fields, this cottage is also ideal for families and friends wishing to take two cottages, with Great Coombe next door.

Bookham Court lies in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with panoramic views over the Blackmore Vale, yet only half an hour from the sea. Enjoy the amazing wildlife on our farm, including deer, badgers, herons, woodpeckers and other birds or visit the farm animals or fish in our lake. All cottages are equipped to a high standard with dishwashers, washing machine, fridge freezer, TV, DVD etc. There is a games room adjacent to Great Coombe and ample parking. Two cottages have wheelchair access and disabled wetroom (M2). Free Wi-Fi is available in the games room.

Dogs are welcome, we charge £25/dog, payable directly to the owner on arrival
