4 Star, beach-side house with direct access to sandy beach from sunny patio, via own gate. From the gate it is one large or three small steps down to the promenade. The promenade is only for pedestrians and is three or four metres wide. From the promenade there are wooden steps down to the beach. Once on the beach it is possible to either walk 1 mile north to the point where the Afon Dysynni flows into the sea ( where you can join the Wales Coast Path), or the four miles south to Aberdovey. The large patio doors give an un-interrupted view of Cardigan Bay. The double bedroom has a balcony that gives magnificent views out to sea, perfect for the wonderful sunsets to be seen from this property.

Being on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park there are many walks for the novice or the enthusiast within easy reach. Cadair Idris is a short drive away.

Dolphins and occasionally seals can be seen from the house on some days. Red Kites and choughs can be seen in the surrounding countryside. Ynys-hir RSPB reserve is about 50 minutes drive away. Explore Tal-y-llyn lake and the Dysynni Valley. Travel on the narrow-guage Tal-y-llyn steam railway.
