Double and twin bedroom upstairs together with toilet. Fell views. Private parking for 2 or 3 cars. Terrace with garden furniture. Adjoining woodland, ideal for children to play away from the road. 5 minutes level walk to centre of Ambleside.
The cottages offer various bedroom arrangements, modern bathrooms, mostly with open plan living areas (some with separate kitchen). Heating etc is included in rent. Only extra would be for bed linen hire at £12 double bed, £8 single.
Short breaks out of school holidays are charged at the following percentages of the weekly rate: 2 nights 50%; 3 nights 60%; 4 nights 70%; 5 nights 80%; 6 nights 90%
