Very spacious and comfortable cottage with private balcony

Set in eight acres of beautiful countryside with plenty of wildlife, is ideal for bird-watching, walking or touring Mid-Wales. Watch the birds from your breakfast table. Try our scaled solar system walk up a mountain to Pluto or the Woodland walk which skirts a pond, crosses bridges and wends its way around an acre of mixed woodland. All three cottages are wheelchair friendly (access statement available). Wren’s Nest is small and cosy, Blackbird and Swallow Cottages are very spacious. Daily rates are available. All shower-rooms are 'wet-rooms', hence no ledges or trays. Lots of equipment for disabled guests, access statement available on request.

This very spacious detached property offers 3 Bedrooms, 1 double containing a superking bed and 2 twin. Wet room with bath, toilet and hand basin and a separate toilet with whb. Well equipped kitchen diner with washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of utensils, crockery, china and glassware. The walkthrough lounge contains 2 - 3 seater sofas and an easy chair. There is also a flat-screen TV for the Sky free-sat, a DVD/Video player. The balcony accessed from the lounge affords quiet privacy, a lovely setting for alfresco breakfast or morning coffee. Hoist - £20 pw. This is payable on arrival and is towards servicing costs. We also have available for guests to use during their stay a wheeled shower chair, folding wheelchair and folding wheeled walker - these need to be requested when booking.

Well controlled dogs welcome, £10-£15 per week payable directly to the owner on arrival / with your final balance.

Short breaks are based on a two night minimum stay from £60 to £130 per night depending on time of year.
