This detached property offers 2 Bedrooms, 1 double and 1 single. Wet room with toilet and hand basin. Open plan kitchenette and comfortable lounge which contains a 2 seater sofa and easy chair, gatelegged dining table and folding chairs. It also has a flat screen TV for the Sky free-sat, DVD player and radio/CD player. Heating is by plug-in electric radiators in the bedrooms and an electric fire in the lounge. We also have available for guests to use during their stay a wheeled shower chair, folding wheelchair and folding wheeled walker - these need to be requested when booking.

Watch the birds on the nut feeder while eating your meals, spotted woodpecker, nuthatch and various members of the tit family.

Set in eight acres of beautiful countryside with plenty of wildlife, is ideal for bird-watching, walking or touring Mid-Wales. Watch the birds from your breakfast table. Try our scaled solar system walk up a mountain to Pluto or the Woodland walk which skirts a pond, crosses bridges and wends its way around an acre of mixed woodland. All three cottages are wheelchair friendly (access statement available). Wren’s Nest is small and cosy, Blackbird and Swallow Cottages are very spacious. Daily rates are available all year round, minimum stay 2 nights.. All shower-rooms are 'wet-rooms', hence no ledges or trays.
