Delightful Bungalow in central Lymington.

Lendor has two double bedrooms with a large garden and plenty of parking. It is also only a five minute walk from Lymington Town railway station.
The bungalow is located in the town centre, next to the library; and is just a five minute walk from the High Street which continues to thrive and has many pubs, restaurants, cafes, a host of independent shops and supermarkets as well as the popular traditional street market on Saturdays.
The garden is private with lawns front and rear with flower beds and fruit trees. An outdoor table, chairs and parasol are provided.
The bungalow has been recently renovated.
Bedroom One has a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room with W.C. and washbasin. Bedroom Two has a double bed with patio doors which open on to the conservatory. Either bedroom is large enough to accommodate the cot if it is requested. The bathroom has a large bath, WC and washbasin.
The living room has 2 large sofas, one of which opens up into a sofabed with pocket sprung mattress, an open log fire, a TV and DVD player and a piano.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area for six people.
Overlooking the rear garden there is a conservatory with wicker chairs, coffee table and a toy box.

The Town Quay is 6-7 minutes walk from the bungalow, down the lovely old cobbled Quay Hill. For the more energetic there is a lovely walk along the river and sea wall past the Salt Marsh as far as Keyhaven or beyond to Hurst Castle and Milford on Sea.
Within a short drive there are many jolly days out to be enjoyed in the New Forest or to Beaulieu, the Abbey and Motor Museum and Bucklers Hard. The Isle of Wight ferry terminal is less than a mile away with access to a variety of attractions.
