LOCATION
Millmans Cottages are in the small village of Marldon between the Coast and Dartmoor, a perfect location for your short break or holiday. A village Inn is within strolling distance and was voted the best in Devon for food! Occombe Farm, a free attraction lots of activities with a fabulous farm shop and cafe just 15 minutes walk.
The beaches or Torbay, the medieavrel town of Totnes and the fishing port of Brixham, the River Dart, Greenway, Agatha Christies House all around five miles and historic Dartmouth ten miles using the ferry. Dartmoor is just 30 minutes drive away, stunning scenery, the setting for two major films released this year, We Bought a Zoo about Dartmoor Zoo and War Horse, directed by Stephen Spielberg who said “Dartmoor was the third star in the movie”.
COTTAGE
Honeysuckle Cottage has three bedrooms and is perfect for family or couples sharing, it has the benefit of having its own terrace overlooking the garden and pool with table and chairs for alfresco dining or morning coffee in the sun. On the first floor it has one double bedroom which has a wash hand basin, one king size bedroom which has a wash hand basin and one twin bedroom. A bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and hand basin plus a separate WC. On the ground floor a comfortable open plan sitting room and dining room, with free view TV and DVD player. The kitchen has fridge/ freezer, full size electric oven, microwave oven, and a full range of dishes and pans, cutlery, glass wear and crockery. Because we like you to feel at home, we provide all your linen for use in the cottage, bed linen, towels, tea towels and shower mat, please bring your own towels for the beach and pool. Free WIFI too!
CHILDREN
At no extra cost we can provide for you in Honeysuckle Cottage a child’s bed, a cot, high chair, baby bath, stair gate, cot side for a bed. In the garden is a Wendy House with a selection of toys. Discount vouchers for days out.

This cottage is perfect for three couples sharing.
POOL AND GARDEN
The shared out door solar heated pool and sundeck is available from end May to mid September. Please enjoy the garden any time of the year.
