LOCATION
Millmans Cottages are in the small village of Marldon between the Coast and Dartmoor, a perfect location for your short break or holiday. A village Inn is within strolling distance and was voted the best in Devon for food! Occombe Farm, a free attraction lots of activities with a fabulous farm shop and cafe just 15 minutes walk.
The beaches or Torbay, the medieavrel town of Totnes and the fishing port of Brixham, the River Dart, Greenway, Agatha Christies House all around five miles and historic Dartmouth ten miles using the ferry. Dartmoor is just 30 minutes drive away, stunning scenery, the setting for two major films released this year, We Bought a Zoo about Dartmoor Zoo and War Horse, directed by Stephen Spielberg who said “Dartmoor was the third star in the movie”.
COTTAGE
Rose cottage is one of four two bedroom cottages, it has on the first floor, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, shower room with WC and hand basin. On the ground floor a comfortable open plan sitting room and dining room, with free view TV and DVD player. Galley style kitchen with fridge/ freezer, full size electric oven, microwave oven, and a full range of dishes and pans, cutlery, glass wear and crockery. Because we like you to feel at home, we provide all your linen for use in the cottage, bed linen, towels, tea towels and shower mat, please bring your own towels for the beach and pool. Free WIFI too!
CHILDREN
At no extra cost we can provide you with a cot, high chair, baby bath, stair gate, cot side for a bed. Wendy House in the garden, with a selection of toys. Discount vouchers for days out.
COUPLES
Out of the main season we give a discount to couples staying in a two bedroom cottage if our one bedroom is not available so please ask, when enquiring.
POOL AND GARDEN
The shared out door solar heated pool and sundeck is available from end May to mid September. Please enjoy the garden any time of the year.

DOGS
Well behaved small to medium size dogs are welcome in Rose Cottage if they don’t lay on beds or furniture. They will get a warm welcome at the local Inn and a biscuit too, lots of nice walks.
