This recently refurbished unique granary with delightful views over play area and open fields to distant Dartmoor is perfectly located for touring North Devon with its wealth of popular sandy beaches and attractions which includes Dartington Crystal, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Tarka Trail cycle track to name but a few. 100 acres farmland with sheep and three fishing lakes with carp, tench, roach and rudd etc. Coast three miles, surfing, swimming and sun. Peacefully secluded, a haven of wildlife, badger setts, kingfishers, owls etc. Bird and badger hide. Challenging fun "Golf pitch and putt", comprising three holes, each approached from six different tees. Clay pigeon shooting, weather permitting - by arrangement. Metered electricity. Pets £30. The historic accommodation, built on stilts, is composed mostly of wood with slate roof, it has wide steps which lead you up onto the patio and entrance.
