Nestling in the Lickle Valley between Coniston and Broughton-In-Furness is Swallows Nest a luxury 3 bedroomed comfortable spacious barn conversion to be found at the end of a private road. Swallows Nest has a large spacious lounge/diner with open fire, initial logs supplied and fully equipped kitchen with one groundfloor wheelchair accessible king size bedroom with ensuite wetroom, upstairs you will find two family bedrooms, one with king size bed and extra single bed with wash hand basin, one with double bedroom and extra single bed. Family bathroom includes power shower over bath. Swallows Nest has the benefit of underfloor heating to the groundfloor with radiators to the first floor. To the exterior there is a utility room with washer and toilet. The utility room provides safe storage of all outdoor wear and mountain bikes. There is a paved patio with outdoor furniture and gas barbecue. Ideal for families. WiFi access available. Enjoy walking from the cottages onto the nearby Lakeland Fells. Good food and real ale served a short stroll away. Attractions include Lake Windermere, Coniston Gondola, South Lakes, Wild Animal Park, Muncaster Castle and Ravenglass miniature railway.
