It has a garden in front that looks out on to the New Forest and a secluded back garden overlooking fields. Ponies,donkeys, pigs and deer are often to be seen outside the front gate.

It is a lovely spot for walking, cycling and anyone who wants to enjoy the countryside, yet offering all the amenities of a holiday area. It is within easy reach of the coast and sailing facilities at Lymington.
