This comfortable, stone-built cottage has been furnished and equipped to very high standards with quality furnishings. Situated in the tiny hamlet of Swinhoe (approximately 6 miles south of Bamburgh), in a pretty and peaceful rural location, the sandy beach at Beadnell and the Heritage coast are just a few minutes drive away.

It enjoys an ideal coastal position for touring the country. There are open views of the coast from the front and back gardens, both of which are enclosed.

The cottage is deceptively spacious with a separate lounge, dining room, kitchen and utility (washing machine, freezer and dishwasher). The large lounge features an open fire (coal and logs provided).

Turnstone offers three bedrooms all which have a wash hand basin , two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom ( which can be changed to a twin if required). There are two bathrooms, one upstairs with W.C, hand basin and bath and shower attachment, the downstairs bathroom includes shower, WC, and Hand Basin. Spacious lounge and dining room with kitchen and utility room.

There are private, enclosed gardens front and rear. The rear of the property is approached by a private, gated road, which also provides more than adequate parking for two or three cars.

Pets are welcome (£5 each)

TURNSTONE COTTAGE is very well situated for visitors who wish to enjoy the local beaches, visit the Farne Islands and Holy Island (Lindisfarne), the nearby castles at Bamburgh, Warkworth, Dunstanburgh and Alnwick or go further afield to visit Cragside and Rothbury, Hadrian's Wall and Kielder.
