Fabulous location 4 bedroom sleeps 8 with wood burner

Heatherdown, on a beautiful part of Exmoor with rolling heather & gorse and exceptional walks. Gorgeous view as we overlook the sea to Wales. Nearest town of Combe Martin, 3 miles away, has all the shops, many pubs and small beach. Main town of Barnstaple is only 20 mins drive with the famous butchers' row and cattle market. Fed up with the pressures of work/family, this is perfect place for you to relax, watch the colourful sunsets and wild sheep to mow the grass. The ideal location for a holiday.

This cottage offers four bedrooms- 1 double & 3 twin. 2 Bathrooms. Washing machine. TV. DVD. Log fire. Garden & parking. Bed linen is supplied but no bath towels.

Pets are allowed by prior arrangement with the Owners but they are not allowed on the furniture or in any of the bedrooms. An additional charge of £25.00 will be made to cover the additional cleaning cost.

In addition, a £200 security deposit is required with the final payment. This will be reimbursed once the keys have been returned and the Owners representative has made an inspection of the cottage

Oil fired central heating/water and a basket of logs are included but electricity is paid by meter requiring £1 coins

We have increased our prices for 2012 as we now include a full housekeeping clean/ linen service and local telephone calls/wifi
(for normal domestic use)
