1 ½ miles from Tintagel, 2 miles from Boscastle and a couple of hundred yards away from the craggy and dramatic North Cornish Coast. The stone and slate farm courtyard of Trethevy Manor has been converted into 5 holiday cottages.

Pendee is 2 storey & offers high quality accommodation, with parking for 1 car in the courtyard.
There is direct access to a network of footpaths including the coast path & reaching far inland.This is a very popular holiday area served by excellent tourist offices in Boscastle & Tintagel. You could come back year after year, as many do, & find something different to do each day of your holiday. Both neighbouring villages are fun to walk around & deserve a visit of half a day or more.
Immediately below the courtyard is Rocky Valley & Bossinney beach, for exciting but less crowded surfing. At the back is St Piran's chapel and the walk to St Nectan's glen & waterfall. You are only a short drive from the open spaces of Bodmin Moor with miles of public access, cosy pubs & challenging walks. There are excellent sandy beaches at very short drive away at Trebarwith & Widemouth.

Pendee sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms. The double room has an ensuite shower room, the second bedroom has twin beds & there is a single room with a view down to the sea. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath.
On the ground floor is a hallway and an open plan living area with a spacious sitting area, a dining area and a galley kitchen with granite worktops & breakfast bar. The cooker has a a ceramic hob, there is a fridge freezer,microwave,washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board, all the appliances are modern & good quality There is a downstairs cloakroom.
There is a flat screen digital TV & DVD player, an electric/log fire, a good selection of books, games, maps & tourist information. Night storage heaters will keep you warm outside the summer season.
Our housekeeper takes pride in having the cottage spotlessly clean and ready for you with all your beds made up. Linen & towels (not beach towels) are included in the price, as is all electricity.
