An 18 hole golf course lies to the SW of the property, the club house is approximately 800 metres away. Walking, riding and antique hunting are all within easy reach and interesting walks to the Stour Valley on your doorstep. Several local pubs, and the golf course provide evening meals and lunches most days.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the spacious open plan design leads into the dining area. A second TV and video player are also situated in this room.
The double bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and high beams, plenty of storage space and large wardrobes. The two windows have rural views.
A hairdryer is provided to save you packing one.
All bedlinen, towels and tea towels are also provided.
The bathroom has a large corner bath with shower over. Partially vaulted ceiling gives an airy feel to this spacious bathroom.
The spacious sitting room has an electric wood burner style heater, TV with Freeview and DVD player. The vaulted ceilings throughout this property give a light and airy feel which is enhanced by the old elm beams. There are 3 large cosy sofas giving this room a relaxed feel,
woollen throws and cushions add to the home comforts provided by the owner.
