One minute walk to greensward and quiet, safe,unspoilt beach stretching for miles. No dog walking restrictions. 5 minute walk to Rustington’s bustling shopping centre. Pubs and restaurants in Rustington and nearby. Easy reach of Littlehampton, with its harbour and amenities. Worthing, Arundel, South Downs nearby, 30 minutes to Brighton, Chichester, Bognor. Children welcome. Pets welcome. Facilities include: gas cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Sat TV, DVD, CD player and radio, electric riser/recliner armchair. Books, games, CDs, DVDs available.Available all year.

Sea Breeze bungalow sleeps 5. 2 Bedrooms (one with king and single bed, one with double bed). Large through louge and diner with Sat TV, DVD, CD player and WiFi. Conservatory, well equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with large walk-in shower cubicle and heated towel rail, enclosed rear garden. 1 minute walk to beach. Discounts for previous guests and/or bookings of 2 or more consecutive weeks. We get booked up very, very quickly, mainly with returning guests, so please contact me in good time to avoid disappointment
