What a view to wake up to each morning - you will never want to go home! As you open your curtains every morning and sit in bed with your cup of tea you can watch the early morning fishermen bringing in their catch, or the ferry owners preparing for a day of taking passengers across the bay to Torquay or along the coast to Dartmouth. The view extends further along the coast - you can see as far as Portlnd on a clear day, and also out to sea. Across to your left you also have a view across the fishing town of Brixham. Harbour Reach is excellently furnished, very well equipped, very clean and well cared for. The maisonette, which has it's entrance at the rear of the property, takes up floors one and two. One the first floor you enter the house into the fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave and a good range of crockery, cutlery and pans. The utility room houses the washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and proves to be a very useful place to hang wet coats or leave dirty boots. Along the landing is a newly refurbished bathroom, back bedroom with twin beds and front family room with a double and a single bed . A staircase leads up from the landing to a very large lounge/diner with dining table and chairs and comfortable sofas and easy chairs. The maisonette will sleep up to 7 people with the use of the full size double sofa bed in the lounge. If you need to accommodate a larger party you could also rent the ground floor flat which can be accessed via the internal staircase which has security door at the top and bottom. Harbour Reach is situated just five minutes walk from the harbour, beach, town, and coastal walks and within easy reach of many major attractions. We are open all year with short breaks available October to March. Families and children are most welcome - a good range of videos suitable for family viewing and toys, books and coluring pencils are provided to keep children occupied when you just want to put your feet up and gaze out of the window !
