This quietly situated delightful 200 year old detached beamed farmhouse, with full central heating and a log fire, is tucked away in the vallley known as Pigeonsford. You are however still only 1 mile from the sandy beaches of Llangrannog.

The farmhouse has four tastefully decorated bedrooms, 1 double, 1 triple room,1 twin room, 1 bunk room, plus within the second sitting room there is a sofa bed. Pigeonsford farmhouse has excellent facilities for family gatherings with two sitting rooms, large dining table and comfy leather sofas.

Plus you have your own laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

There are two fully equiped bathrooms, one downstairs with bath and shower, (twin room and bunk room are both located on the ground floor too).

The front court-yard is fully enclosed and very safe for children and pets. With views across the valley, pergola, picnic tables and lazy chairs it is an excellent position for a relaxing family barbecue.

This is a perfect and tranquil location for family holidays in any season.

It is set within 5.5 acres of private grounds and has direct access to a woodland footpath leading to (Blue Flag) beaches of Llangrannog only 1 mile. The village of Llangrannog has excellent facilities, a village shop, two pubs, and two cafes, all overlooking the bay.

There are magnificent walks to be discovered in the area, From the farmhouse you can easily walk the coastal path, where dolphins and sea birds are regularly spotted from the cliff tops.Golf, horse riding, boating and fishing are all nearby.

Or if you prefer there are excellent indoor and outdoor pool facilities (or spa if you wish to be pampered), all within a 15 minute drive.

Ideally located to explore the coastal and rural delights of West Wales.

There is ample parking in the back court-yard for up to five cars.
