The COURTYARD COTTAGE is ideal for 4, (sleeps 1-6, using bed settee), stone built, originally part of a Georgian estate in a rural setting. The shared garden boasts stunning sea views and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife.

The cottage is a good base from which to visit the many local attractions and entertainment in the area, including walking, fossil hunting, swimming, cycling, riding, surfing, hand gliding, bird watching and many rare butterflies and flowers can also be sighted. Attractions such as Isle of Wight Glass, Botanic Gardens with Steephill Cove and Blackgang Chine are only 10 minutes away.

There are excellent local pubs with homecooked meals. We are 10 minutes' walk from Niton village which has excellent facilities and 15 minutes' walk from the local cove and lighthouse.

The Courtyard Cottage.
You enter the Courtyard Cottage into a small hallway. Off the hall is a large pine floored living area with kitchen bar, dining and lounge area. This contains a small settee, double futon and solid fuel fire for colder days. Windows look onto the pretty courtyard. Off the hall is a bathroom containing a bath, separate power shower, hand basin and toilet . The double bedroom is off the hall and leads to the smaller bedroom with bunk or twin beds and separate door to the courtyard.

Short breaks out of high season on application. Sorry - no pets.
