THE BOTHY, ideal for couples (sleeps 1-4,using bedsettee) , stone built, originally part of a Georgian estate in a rural setting. The front garden boasts stunning sea views and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife.

The cottage is a good base from which to visit the many local attractions and entertainment in the area, including walking, fossil hunting, swimming, cycling, riding, surfing, hand gliding, bird watching and many rare butterflies and flowers can also be sighted. Attractions such as Isle of Wight Glass, Botanic Gardens with Steephill Cove and Blackgang Chine are only 10 minutes away.

There are excellent local pubs with homecooked meals . We are 10 minutes' walk from Niton village which has excellent facilities and 15 minutes' walk from the local cove and lighthouse.

The Bothy.
You enter the Bothy from the Courtyard, through a conservatory into the one living room that has a lounge area and kitchen bar with fullsize fridge cooker and microwave. The lounge area contains a bedsettee two leather tub chairs and dining table and chairs. There is a T.V. with satalite freesat and a video player. A stairway leads to the first floor, with one small double bedroom. A short landing leads to the bathroom with toilet, handbasin and bath with a shower over the bath.
