Single storey cottage with views towards the setting sun
Down a long country lane discover our beautuful cottages converted from traditional Norfolk flint buildings and surrounded by fields and trees. Most have uninterrupted views across the Norfolk countryside. These clean cottages are well maintained and very well equipped. Features include exposed flint walls and beams TVs with digital channels, Cabled internet access at extra charge, washer/dryer facilities available.
The lounge is spacious, and there is a door out to the garden area, which faces west, with a large monkey puzzle tree and the kitchen was refurbished in 2009. Oak Cottage has a brand new King sized bed, and a very spacious 2nd bedroom with very comfortable twin beds (can be made into super king, please ask). This cottage is strictly no pets.

Ash and Elm Cottages sleeping 5 in 3 bedrooms. Both have king sized beds, twin bedrooms, and single bedrooms. Ash is 2 storey and has an ensuite shower room in addition to the family bathroom. Elm is single storey (there are 3 steps to bedroom/bathroom) and is dog free cottage.
Holly, Chestnut and Rowan Cottages sleeping 4 in 2 bedrooms. Holly has a large bedroom with 4 poster and single bed, second bedroom has bunk beds. Chestnut and Rowan have a double bedroom and twin bedroom. Chestnut is single storey and accessible, Rowan 2 storey.
Our smallest cottage is Willow with a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Willow also has a gallery (where 2 people can be accommodated) and a wood burner.
Outside there is a resident barn owl and superb play area; inside there is a pool table and table tennis; badminton and a room for football. Wood Farm is convenient for visiting the coast, Norfolk Broads and Historic Georgian Holt.Last Year 57% of guests were repeat bookings.
