8 Cottages - Hidden down a long country lane discover eight spacious cottages, tastefully converted from traditional Norfolk flint barns.

These cottages are impeccably maintained and features include exposed flint walls, beams, wood burners and a four poster bed. All cottages are very well equipped and have colour TV's digital freeview channels, DVD players, radios and CD players. Most have dishwashers.

Beech is a large single storey cottage with one double bedroom with king sized bed (new June 2011) ensuite shower room, and 2 twins. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath. There are large french doors looking out of the comfortable lounge area towards the setting sun and distant field. There is a very well equipped kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher.

Also available are:

Ash and Elm Cottages sleeping 5 in 3 bedrooms. Both have king sized beds, twin bedrooms, and single bedrooms. Ash has an ensuite shower room.

Holly, Chestnut and Rowan Cottages sleeping 4 in 2 bedrooms. Holly has a large bedroom with 4 poster and single bed, second bedroom has bunk beds. Chestnut and Rowan have a double bedroom and twin bedroom. Chestnut is single storey and accessible, Rowan 2 storey.

Our smallest cottage is Willow with a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Willow also has a gallery (where 2 people can be accommodated) and a wood burner.

Outside there is a resident barn owl, superb play area with large trampoline and 1959 David Brown tractor, inside there is a games room with a pool table; badminton and table tennis can be played in one of the barns.

Wood Farm offers quiet country walks and magnificent views and is convenient for visiting the coast, Norfolk Broads and Historic Georgian Holt with the village pub a mere 10 minutes on foot.

The cottages offer various bedroom arrangements from ground floor single bedrooms, to doubles with ensuite shower rooms; all cottages have modern bathrooms, all have comfortable living areas and fitted kitchens, most with dishwashers.
