There is a large comfortable sitting-room, central heating in season, woodburner, electric spaceheaters and many books.

It is next door to the owners' cottage. The large garden is bordered by fields, has an acre of arboretum and perennial borders. Next door is the church with unique iron grave slabs. The little road ends at the farm.
