Storage heaters in all main rooms plus woodburner in lounge (logs are supplied free of charge).
Sky TV, video and DVD player/recorder. Payphone (both incoming and outgoing calls). Free Wifi access.
Please note the bunk beds in bedroom 4 are only 5ft 6ins long – they are only suitable for children as not full size.
Freeview TV/DVD player in both double bedrooms.
The bunk bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 toilet and the bathroom are situated on the ground floor. The twin bedroom, the second double bedroom and a second toilet with washbasin and bidet are on the 1st floor.
Heating and bed linen are included in the price.

Highchair, cot and stairgate are all supplied.

Off road parking for 3 cars.
