Malvern is a high-ceilinged Edwardian house, refurbished in 2017 and maintained to a very high standard. This substantial semi-detached three-storey house is perfectly positioned within the heart of the bustling coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea, within walking distance of the picturesque quay and gorgeous sandy beach. Malvern has many original Edwardian features and has been sympathetically adapted for modern living. There is plenty of space to socialise in the large kitchen/dining/family room and a separate sitting room for quieter times or watching a movie.

Island breakfast bar with seating for five. Dining table with seating for ten. Wall mounted smart/freeview TV. Four seater sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, books, toys and games for a range of ages.
Utility room/WC: with sink, additional cupboards, washing machine, tumble dryer and a WC.

First Floor
