This large secluded well appointed modern bungalow stands in grounds of nearly ½ acre in a delightful north Norfolk coastal village. It is situated on a country lane leading directly to the sea and miles of unspoilt and mostly sandy beaches. A Bird Sanctuary is close by and the pub is a ¼ mile walk into the village.
The property offers very comfortable accommodation for 2 to 8 people with an integral garage and off-road parking for at least 4 cars. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 king doubles have en-suite showers and the family bedroom with 4 single beds [ or 1 super king + 2 singles] has a bathroom opposite. There is a large lounge/dining room and a very well equipped kitchen. The property is fully insulated and warm and cosy.
The front garden is laid to lawn and shrubs, surrounded by hedges and trees protecting a sunny patio area. The sheltered rear garden with its fruit trees is a haven for a wide variety of birds and other wildlife.
The Lounge/Dining room has at one end a large dining table for 8 and at the other end a comfortable modern suite, with seating for 9. There is also a digital TV, with recording facility unit and separate DVD player, a bookshelf with a selection of books and some children’s games, a tourist information cupboard, and a telephone and a Wi-Fi broadband connection.
The Kitchen has fully fitted units with a breakfast table and 4 chairs . Equipped with electric cooker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, a larder-fridge and auto washing machine. A freezer is in the rear lobby, together with cleaning equipment and ironing facilities. A tumble dryer is in the garage.
The 2 double bedrooms have 5ft king-size beds and en-suite shower-rooms containing toilet and wash basin, shaver point, heated towel rail, extractor fan and heater.
The family room with bathroom opposite can be set up for -
Option 1. With 4 single 3ft. beds. Or as Option 2. With a Super-king double and 2 single beds.
The bathroom has an electric shower unit over one end of the bath, heated towel rail, toilet and hand basin, shaver socket and bathroom heater.
Bedding consists of a good selection of blankets and duvets (summer and winter weight). Clean bed linen is supplied on a weekly basis and is inclusive. Towel sets may be hired as required .
In the back garden there is a garden table with 8 chairs and a rotary clothes dryer, together with both a built-in barbecue and also a smaller portable unit.
On the paved patio in the front garden there is a bench table for 4. The garage stores used beach play-toys, beach equipment, some well used sports equipment - table tennis, table football and a mini snooker table.
Domestic hot water is provided by an immersion heater water cistern. All the rooms are heated by wall mounted oil-filled electric radiators fitted with thermostats.
The living room and the bedrooms have fitted carpets, as does the entrance hall and the central hallway. The Kitchen, rear Lobby, Bathroom and en-suites have vinyl flooring.
