Large family friendly cottage with river views
Paradise End is a semi-detached stone cottage over-looking Hebden beck. It sleeps up to 9 in 4 bedrooms and is popular for family gatherings, especially when booked with our other cottages next door.
SETTING: The cottage is part of Jerry and Ben's Cottages in the tiny hamlet of Hole Bottom - just north of the village of Hebden. The cottages share 2 acres of private woodland through which flows Hebden beck. The popular walking or cycling route up Hebden Gill goes past the cottages. Paradise End has wonderful views from its kitchen/dining and sitting rooms and its terrace looks directly up the gill and to the hills beyond.
EATING: Open plan kitchen and dining space. Well equipped modern kitchen with double oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Large pine tables with a mixture of chairs and benches. Also high chairs and kiddy chairs for the little ones.
RELAXING: Cosy snug with television and DVD. Also large sofas and chairs in main sitting room if you prefer to sit and admire the great outdors.
SLEEPING: One double bedroom downstairs. Upstairs: I double room, 1 twin room and 1 triple room with 1 single bed and bunk beds. Space for up to 2 cots.
WASHING: Main bathroom upstairs with shower into bath. Downstairs shower room. Baby bath and booster steps if needed.
ALSO: lots of hanging space for your coats in entrance hall and access to drying room for any wet weather gear.
