Styish apartment, sea views, close to beach. Sunny side.

* The apartment has an open plan living room with fully fitted, modern kitchen, furnished in a contempory style with 2 two seater, leather sofas. From the large patio window and the outside decking there is a view out to sea and on the horizon is the Eddystone light house (our namesake).
* The double bedroom is bright and fresh, decorated in whites and blue, and the second bedroom follows suit with a nautical theme. This has adult size bunk beds, not suitable for very young children.
* The bath room has a bath with shower, heated towel rail and shaving point.
* Outside there is a decked area, with patio furniture for out side meals, with views of the sea and green fields opposite. Children will love it when the farmer puts the cows out to graze.
* Downderry is a small village with a safe sand and shingle beach ideal for rock pooling. The beach stretches along to Seaton for walks to the Seaton Valley Nature reserve. The village has every thing for holiday makers needs- a shop. coffee shop, doctors, resturant (The Blue Plate) and a pub overlooking the beach (The Inn on the Shore)
* Sky free view T.V, and a large library of DVDs.
* For young children, I only provide a high chair. please bring your own travel cot.
* Sorry no pets or smokers!
* 2 towels for each person provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Own parking space inside small private complex
