Little Laney is conveniently located in the heart of the old part of Polperro just 50 meters from the ancient picturesque harbour. The beach, NT walks, pubs, restaurants and shops are all within a short stroll. The cottage sleeps up to 7 in two doubles, one twin and a fold out bed. There is an ensuite bathroom (bath, W.C, basin) to one of the double rooms on the first floor. There is a separate shower room (shower/W.C.) basin. On the top floor are a twin and a double room.
The ground floor is open plan with a kitchen diner on one side and a lounge area on the other. There is a large open fire for burning coal and wood. The cottage is decorated in a rustic style throughout with whitewashed walls, stripped wooden floors and beamed ceilings.
The kitchen features a butlers sink, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, separate freezer and washer dryer. You can park outside to unload which is a big bonus in Polperro. You then have a private quietly located parking space about a 5 minute walk from the property. Additional spaces are available at extra cost.
