An ideal location for walkers and birdwatchers. South facing enclosed patio and small garden with furniture and BBQ. Use of grass field for ball games. Close to Jane Austen's Chawton, Selborne, Watercress Line Steam Railway and more. National Trust properties, Winchester, Windsor, Highclere Castle (film location for Downton Abbey) Portsmouth and coast are all within easy driving distance. London 1 hour by train. Alton (5 miles) for shops. Excellent local pubs/restaurants. Sorry no pets.
